Throughout
this website 'WE', 'US' and 'OUR' refers to Just the company "Paint Tech Repairs".
1. All our "Paint Tech Repairs" SMART repairs are classified as a
repair, and as such may not match the quality standards of the original or current manufacturer’s finish.
2. The maximum amount claimable under the 12 months guarantee is 100% of the amount paid to us at
Paint Tech Repairs for the specific repair being claimed for minus our Administration charge fee.
3. All our repairs are carried out to the agreed specific area and do not include chipping, cracking or flaking of
other areas outside the agreed repair area (i.e. if working on one end of a bumper, the other end is considered a separate
repair). The price indicated is payable for each discrete area of damage required.
4. Some types of damage may require 2 different types of repair and both these types of repair will be charged for
separately.
5. We at "Paint Tech Repairs" reserve the right
to refuse to undertake any repairs.
6. Any repairs requiring the
removal of components or trim will be not being undertaken (other than in relation to Paint less dent removal where an additional
charge may be made).
7. Any repairs larger than stated in our price
guide may not be undertaken and are at the technician’s discretion at the time of repair being carried out.
8. Certain repairs may be impossible to perform because of their proximity
to other parts of the car and its safety workings.
